Nuremberg Miscellaneous

More buildings and Miscellaneous from around Nuremberg, Germany

What the Germans are known for; great plentiful beer!
Different pathways leading all around Nuremberg.

This bridge is known as Hangman's Bridge.  This s    where they would hang those that were punished by hanging.

More of the unique and beautiful structures of the Old City.
Entry way to the Nuremberg Castle.  Schloss Nurnberg.
The castle's watchtower that over looks the entire city!
In the watch tower of Nuremberg castle are little windows where the archers would shoot their arrows and not be shot back.

My favorite view, a comfy spot overlooking buildings and a church in the distance, while walking down from the castle.

"A Young Hare" by Albrecht Druer

Altes Rathaus Medieval Dungeons: Nuremberg, DE

Torture Chamber in the dungeons of Nuremberg.
Shackles of all sorts line the walls of the blacksmiths working room. They date back to the 1500's.
